Welcome to Bali, welcome to diving Bali, welccome to "Blue Paradise", our dive center. We hope you will enjoy your stay in Bali. It is a beautiful island, sometimes named: "Island of the Gods", because for Balinese Gods are present everywhere and so temples are everywhere, too. Every Balinese house got one. But there are many public temples, too. The most famous is Besakih, the mother temple. Tanah Lot has the best sunset, Goa Lawa is full of bats - just to mention some. For a Bali Video click here. Nature invites for surfing - Bali belongs to the most famous surfing destinations in the world (Ulutwatu is well known by most surfers), hiking - Agung is over 3000 meters high, the hike from temple Pasar Agung takes minimum three hours one way - rafting, cycling, running, swimming, photography, video and last but not least diving. There are some very good dive sites off Bali. There is everything for beginners and experts. Photo right: part of the crater rim of Mount Agung.

The most famous dive site in Bali maybe the "Liberty Wreck" in Tulamben. It is an easy dive site and a great place to do the Open Water dives. We drive to Tulamben a lot and show beginner (and advanced) divers some of the best Bali has to offer. There are other dive sites close to the wreck - Batu Kelebit, the Patch Reef, the Drop-Off and Jemeluk is just half an hour from Tulamben. Photo right: a diver at the wreck in Tulamben.

Sunfish are pelagics a diver does not spot easily. But they are common at some Balinese ( Crystal Bay, Mimpang) reefs from July to October. There are Mantas roaming the rough waters of South West Nusa Penida. Both are around for the same reason: To be cleaned by fish who feed of the parasites on their skin. Photo: taken at Manta Point.

Menjangan is a bit like an island for any promotion with a tropical paradise. It is threatend, though like many tropical paradises. There are deers roaming the dry land and the beaches of the small island. The diving is very nice with some superb drop-offs. Gilimanuk Bay, close to where the ferry to Java departs, is a great site for divers who love macro photography. Photo: taken in Menjangan, Pos II.
